Today’s Mortgage Choice is exceptionally excited to announce the first donation from our Community Cares Fund (TMC CCF).

For the first-ever beneficiary of the fund, our group has donated $5639.06 to Inner City Homes based in Sudbury, Ontario.

Inner City Homes provides loving and supportive hands to the lonely and less fortunate. The group provides emergency food bank services to over 15,000 individuals and families in our community.

“This is an exciting day for Today’s Mortgage Choice. To be able to give back to the community that’s supported Today’s Mortgage Choice from day one is extremely rewarding. Thank you to our amazing expert group of agents in Sudbury who rallied around this cause and donated to the initiative.” – Wayne Martin, Founder, Today’s Mortgage Choice Inc..

The funds raised by our fund will go directly to Inner City Homes’ operating budget to help keep our children, families, and individuals who struggle to put food on the table.

“We’re so happy to be able to direct some funds towards Inner City Homes. The work they do in our community is nothing short of amazing, and we’re so happy to play a small part in it. After a year of funding mortgages across Ontario, this is the most fulfilling “Home” we’ve worked on together. – Brian Ceaser, Founder, Today’s Mortgage Choice Inc..

More on the Today’s Mortgage Choice Community Cares Fund:
The Today’s Mortgage Choice Community Cares Fund donates quarterly to local initiatives and not-for-profit groups across Ontario. We’re investing quarterly into each local community that houses Today’s Mortgage Choice agents as a thank you for their trust and loyalty, especially in our first year of business as a brokerage.

The fund is a way for our team members to give back to their communities. Our team of agents has been donating a portion of their compensation to the fund since Q3 of 2021.

Community projects and local not-for-profits are encouraged to reach out to their local Today’s Mortgage Choice agent to discuss support from the Today’s Mortgage Choice Community Cares Fund and receive a copy of the Funding Application.
