In addition to his Mortgage Broker licence, Amiel has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and after over six years as a Mechanical Engineer, Amiel now holds a non-practicing Professional Engineers licence with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Over the last ten years as a Mortgage Broker, Amiel quickly earned his place as a top performer and is recognized as an exceptional leader in the Canadian mortgage industry because of his depth of knowledge and experience.

Amiel has extensive experience in:

- educating first time home buyers so they can confidently navigate the complex experience of buying their first home residential and commercial purchases, as well as refinances

- navigating tough and complex deals such as large portfolio investing, self-employed income, poor credit and equity lending

- building wealth strategies for his private investing clients

As an active real estate investor for over 10 years, Amiel has both a personal and professional understanding of how to be successful when investing in real estate, which he shares with his investor clients. His first-hand knowledge on how to fund a single-family rental property through to large multifamily and commercial projects provides Amiel with a unique set of experiences and personal knowledge that he brings to every investment project. Amiel has also spent a lot of time helping clients get into homeownership through the rent-to-own program.
