Today’s Mortgage Choice is exceptionally excited to announce the launch of our Community Cares Fund (TMC CCF).

The Today’s Mortgage Choice Community Cares Fund will donate quarterly to local initiatives and not-for-profit groups across Ontario. We’re investing quarterly into each local community that houses Today’s Mortgage Choice agents as a thank you for their trust and loyalty, especially in our first year of business as a brokerage.

The fund is a way for our team members to give back to their communities. Our team of agents has been donating a portion of their compensation to the fund since Q3 of 2021. The fund will begin contributing to local groups starting in Q1 of 2022.

The fund provides financial assistance to charities and non-profit agencies that build on the values of Today’s Mortgage Choice to make a positive and lasting impact in the community. Our community support will focus on three key pillars.

1. Community health – programs or groups that support the well-being of our communities such as social services, health and well-being and youth activities.
2. Financial literacy – programs or groups that support increased education about finances and overall education programs.
3. Affordable Housing & Homelessness – programs or groups working to help people experiencing homelessness and create affordable housing in our communities.

Community projects and local not-for-profits are encouraged to reach out to their local Today’s Mortgage Choice agent to discuss support from the Today’s Mortgage Choice Community Cares Fund and receive a copy of the Funding Application.
